Design and Management - Selection of international coffee shops designed for India Cafe Coffee Day
From 2012 to 2015 we led the international and flagship department of Design for the multinational coffee chain Cafe Coffee Day based in Bangalore, India. Our duties were defining the new concept stores and guidelines for the company’s international expansion and managing all the stages of the projects, from concept to made-in furniture to business strategies.
